     My husband and I had been looking for over a year to downsize from our current property and had a long list of "must haves"!    We contacted Risa Gagner who began to send us property listings that matched.  When we saw the one we liked,  Risa arranged for us to see the property the next afternoon.  The house was exactly what we wanted!   An hour later, we texted Risa to say we wanted to make an offer on it.  She responded and got to work immediately.  It is interesting to note that the next day, while offers and counter-offers were still in progress, she left on a pre-scheduled international vacation.  However, from various airports and through time changes, she successfully conducted our negotiations to a completed sale with timely precision.  Even after our offer was accepted, Risa continued to get answers and assist in our due diligence.
